HiT Software Boosts Data Transmission Security to 256-Bit Encryption for IBM DB2 Data in Java Applications
Digital Certificate Authentication Optionally Available through HiT SSL Server

SAN JOSE, Calif., August 13, 2009—HiT Software®, Inc., a leader in database access, integration and replication, today announced the availability of the HiT JDBC/DB2 v3.70 high performance JDBC driver, featuring added support for IBM DB2 native data encryption. HiT JDBC/DB2 is now optimized to take advantage of IBM DB2’s DES standard, and combined with HiT Software’s HiT SSL Server, provides end-to-end 256-bit encryption for data traveling between Java applications and IBM DB2 LUW or z/OS databases.

Recently, HPG Technology has been partnering with HiTSW to provide real-time data replication and data integration by DBMoto™ solution. HPG Technology is now the only reseller of DBMoto™ in Thailand.
